Jake and Claire Cavaulyn have been a couple since high school. Both now finished with college, got married. Jake proposed in the most romantic and thoughtful way ever. They are loving life as newlyweds. Then tragedy strikes. Jake doesn't come home from work. As it turns out, he has been shot, and pronounced dead at the scene. One year later, a widowed Claire Cavaulyn receives a unanimous unsigned letter. Confused as to why the murder of her long gone dead husband has now resurfaced, she reads the letter. It turns out to be a synopsis of the police report taken the night Jake had died. Now, every week she receives another unsigned letter in the mail. Claire now realizes they are clues as to whom has killed her husband. This story is filled with suspense, action, heartbreak, and most of all-mystery!
