I wake up from my dream from a bucket of ice cold water being poured onto my head from my older brother who has come back from University. I react instantly waking up, falling off my office chair in an attempt to grasp onto at least one of his legs but fail, I still don't give up when I get off the ground and pounce like a tiger leaping onto a gazelle, at my brother.
This is only one of the funniest scenes in the story... I appreciate it if you read... :)

The Contract
Something didn't feel right. I looked around my room slowly; cautiously; taking everything in and trying not to feel too nervous. Perhaps Lure was in my room right now, watching me, silently laughing to himself. I didn't doubt it. I slipped off my bed and walked around, hugging my waist, and tilted my head. I felt my rough ponytail slide against the back of my neck and over my shoulder as I moved. "Lure?" I hissed, "Lure, are you there?" I wandered around a little, for some reason feeling scared. But why? It was only Lure. He wouldn't hurt me, would he? "Okay, Lure. Quit it. I know it's you. Who else would it-" I stopped, startled, when I heard a strange sound that made me cringe. It was like fingernails being dragged across a chalkboard. I whipped around and came face-to-face with my mirror. Immediately, I saw the difference. Various scratches were displayed across the glass, forming words. It looked as if claws had written the words in the mirror. "Deepest apologies, but it was fun." Remi has always loved the forest, the different sounds, smells, the way she could get lost in it and never have to go home to her non-existent parents. She goes in and out of her life with her best friend everyday just waiting until they're both old enough to leave their small boring town. But one day Remi is attacked, and nearly killed, by a man in the forest. When she wakes up everything's different. She feels something inside her, a power, but she has no idea what happened to her. All she remembers is the man's strange yellow eyes. When three new boys show up at her school, one with yellow eyes, asking her question she gets nervous. "If we lived in the forest we wouldn't have gummy bears any more." I comment to lighten the mood. She doesn't find it funny. "I'm serious Remi! What if we did run away?" "Jen, we can't just run away. I know your parents are strict but I truly think they just want what's best for you." She says nothing. The light from the ceiling in the distance back and forth, the light so bright, pointed directly at me, causing me to squint. I could barely see, my vision was blurry. My head was pounding, it was like my mind had it's own heartbeat. I tried to move but I couldn't my body felt so weak. I could feel the cold pavement against my frail body. I heard the sound of high pitch metal door creaking, I groan and slowly moved my hands to my ears to block the sound. I slow to turned to my left where I heard the noise. There I saw a black shadow figured... I couldn't stare to long my eyes hurt from the light I turned my head. I heard chuckle from a cross the room. "W-why am I here?" I softy stuttered "You were at the wrong place at the wrong time." A deep voice answers I heard a deep laugh. I heard the vibration of every footstep tooken, the sounds got closer. I felt my eyes tearing up, as fear took over my body. "Please, just let me go," I beg as a tear ran down my face. "Sorry sweetheart. There's No Way Out." He says Then I felt a small kiss on my check and whisper in my ear, "You're mine. You're stuck with me forever." I felt sharp pain in my arm causing me to groan in pain. And with the sound of his footsteps echoing around in the room. I heard the high pitch sound of mental door creaking and the door slam shut. I felt myself fight a deep sleep, but I lost the fight, soon i was out.Complete

His friend said, wheezing a little bit and trying to stop laughing. I calmed down a bit, standing up to face them, a smile on my face. "Now, if you're done threatening me," I raise an eyebrow. "Or at least trying to. I'll be on my way." With that, I grabbed my backpack, turned my back to them, and walked away.Complete
