Angel Reapers

Cherice was born in a world in which the battle between the angels and the fallen angels had been brought down to earth. Where cities had been destroyed, the human race has left to scavenge what they could and have tried to stay out of these angels’ way. Humans have been left to attack each other over supplies or join together to try to form an army against the angels. Not an apocalypse but not necessarily a utopia either.
The human world though, to the angels, is a gigantic chess game, and guess what players they discovered can fight their war for them? Humans who have been deemed to hold a special talent, called Reapers, have been given powers by either side of the angelic war and pit to fight against the other. Cherice just happened to be deemed worthy at the age of ten, lucky her. The only thing she doesn’t know? What side of the war she’s on. The thing she does know is that whenever the serpent tattoo that’s wrapped around her right arm glows an electric blue, an enemy is near by and must be eliminated.
Other things Cherice knows:
Whenever she finds food a little boy shows up and steals half of her supplies.
There is a guy who always seems to be near when she is fighting, but her tattoo never lights up at his presence.
She is sent food enough to last a week after she kills a Reaper or angel.
Almost everybody she comes across wants to kill her.
And if Cherice at anytime choses not to fight in this war, somebody she loves will be killed.
