I never bothered to aim down my sights, I was blinded by the cascading snow. I just wanted to pluck a couple leaves, eat some Reese's pieces, and go home. Leave the forest behind and pretend none of this is happening. But that's not how it ends at all. Itends with us killing each other behind each other's backs because we are so paranoid about this twisted virus. It ends with our species dying off. But it's not over yet. I won't let it be over yet. I have to find Cole and I's parents. I need to get back to Abigail. I need to make sure the others don't die, I couldn't let that happen. So I shot down the second hunter. And the third one.
