In the city of Ergastulum, evil deeds were carried out by petty thieves and shadowy guilds. Run by the Four Fathers, Ergastulum is losing it's economic balance. However, the police, who hired Tags, came to the conclusion of hunting down law-breakers, and therefore killing rampaging Twilights, people who possess superficial abilities after taking a drug called "Celebrer".
21-year old Rickus Leed, an A/0 ranked Twilight hired by a commanding officer of the police station, has been given missions that put his life on the line. He will be ending the bloody massacre of criminals, thus ending the rebellious stage of people who are prejudiced against Twilights.
