Valentina has been stuck inside her own world of sadness after she was left at the altar by her partner four months ago. Upset and confused, Valentina's world seems to get worse after she loses her dream job in New York. Contemplating whether or not to return back home in London, she stumbles across an old friend who introduces her to a new hobby- letter writing. Not any ordinary letter writing but to a pen-pal in Queensland, Australia. Taking the risk to try something new, Valentina attempts to find happiness in a companion who lives 10,000 miles apart. A connection soon bonds between them which soon finds Valentina becoming more intrigued in finding this penpal. Will Valentina ever find this mysterious pen-pal and finally learn how to be happy?
