My earliest memory of anxiety is when I was around five years old. Ever since then, my anxiety had been pretty stable, but since last year, it spiked up tremendously. Now I have to take medication to keep myself from having panic attacks all the time; however, like is expected, more than just medication should be used in order for anxiety to become much duller. Within this story I am going to state various coping mechanisms that have and haven't worked for me personally.

I am no therapist or anything of the sort, but I have had counseling and experienced the dark abyss that is anxiety, so I can share with you the experience I and people around me have had with anxiety.
