In a city like Gotham there is no doubt danger lurks around every corner, but here at Gotham middle school the tenth graders seem to have their own personal teams of good and evil ruling the school, and with rivalries between these groups virtually dividing the whole grade new girl Ivy is forced to choose which side she will play for. But can she really protect her best friend for her life whilst keeping her own from falling apart? Love is stronger than anything and it might just have the power to tear apart everything they've worked for.
      It seems that even those who are leaders have their demons around here and the crazy ones might not be the most unstable of them all. Relationships crumble, lies are unfolded and secrets revealed in this tale of loyalty and betrayal. Ivy never knew how quickly things could change in an instant until she discovered that following your heart doesn't always mean happiness, sometimes it means nothing but pain and suffering.
