When the casket with Victoria Hart's dead body inside was stolen and taken to Ra's Al Ghul, a 'friend' of Bruce Wayne. Where she resurrected and trained with the League of Assassins. While Victoria trains Ra's takes the opportunity to corrupt her mind along with the effects of the Lazarus pit. Until Victoria realizes the truth and flees the temple and back to Gotham with her corrupted mind, were she causes chaos. 

Meeting Jonathan Crane aka Scarecrow he helps Victoria to control her fears and become partners to take down Batman. But in the dark dangerous city a small female group of criminals known as The Gotham Sirens that has risen up to create more crime in the city, looks for a new member. After stumbling onto Victoria's file the three girls join forces with her and Scarecrow to bring Gotham City to its knees. 

With Batman and his kids play into this new version of Bad Luck's hands, not knowing Victoria is alive they view her as an imposter.  Victoria will have to face her biggest challenge yet, confronting her twin sister Alice (Batgirl) and her ex boyfriend Jason (Red Hood). Will she able to defeat her family that betrayed her losing her mind to madness or will she come back to her true love.
