A short story. If you were given the choice between living as a monster, or be murdered because you were seen as one, what would you choose?

Have luck hasn't been on your side?.. A busy kid was minding his own business running from the rain trying to go home before he knew it he was murdered by a loose killer as his dead body lies on the ground a Doctor took interest from what he saw, after the Doctor brought him back to life his world was spun upside down, with now a new identity, friends, A Brother? and a PARASITE!, would he survive in this new foreign mundane yet so familiar world. "I rather be supporting than leading, it gives me to much of unwanted responsibilities adding up unto my plate of anxiety, it's better to cheer from the bench rather the being in the field looking like hot rubbish."- The Narrator: Nat (This story was heavily inspired by The things I like *mainly gacha games, culture and music * and most of the concepts of the world were technically stripped out of games, posts, music titles, etc) and English isn't my mother tongue* ʕ'•ᴥ•'ʔ *Psst* it's an original work of mine~ Ps: it's better to read it in landscape cuz I wrote it horizontally sorry.
