A quiet town where days pass softly and nothing ever truly changes, Stacy lives a life filled with small joys and silent longing.
always been drawn to Niall - the boy she's loved from afar since middle school - the boy who shows up in her dreams just a little too often.
But when reality begins to shift, Stacy starts noticing strange things. A voice calling her name in empty rooms. Shadows that move where they shouldn't. And Niall... Niall seems to know more than he lets on.
Is this love finally unfolding - or is something else waking up with it?
The room is suffocatingly dark. The shadows pulse like they're breathing.
Stacy :
"Love is supposed to be pure... gentle. It's supposed to save me!"
Niall (laughs softly, stepping closer):
"Save you? No, Stacy. Love was never meant to save. Love destroys-slowly, beautifully. That's why it's real."
Stacy (angry, trembling):
"No! You're wrong! Love is trust. It's hope. It's light-"
Niall :
"Then why did you dream of me every night? Why whisper my name when no one was listening? Your innocent little heart opened the door, Stacy. You invited me in."
Stacy (pleading):
"I only wanted someone to love me..."
Niall :leaning close, voice dropping to a whisper, cruelly tender:
"And you got me. Not the love that heals... but the love that owns. The love that feeds."
She gasps as the shadows wrap around her wrists.
Stacy :
"I won't let you take me!"
Niall :smiling darkly, whispering in her ear:
"You already did, Stacy. The moment you loved me, you were mine."
Her scream is swallowed by silence.
Niall's whisper lingers in the dark:
"Love doesn't save, Stacy... it devours."
As lines blur between the real and the unreal, Stacy must uncover the truth about what's happening around her... and inside her.
Because some dreams don't come true - they come for you.
