Ever heard of a book called "The Mysteries of Harris Burdick?" Well, this is a short story based off of the picture in the book titled Mr. Linden's Library. The cover of the story and the quotation "He had warned her. Now it was too late." were all I had to base the whole thing off of.

You handled it like a champ. What you are is a strong, brave being that has stood by my side." I breathe as he leans closer. "What you are, is the love of my life...."Concluida
