I entered this story into a science competition for school but I couldn't put it on Wattpad for you guys to read until I got it back. I was OK with my grade which was 8/10 which would probably be around an A- YAY!

Heather was only 7 years old when it happened. When her world was turned upside down and left Heather and her twin brother Alex alone on the streets without the love of their parents or care of their friends.
But they weren't alone.
An outbreak of 'Mad Cow Disease' has turned over half the human population into mindless zombies.
What will happen to the twins and how long will they last on the streets?
Will they survive living among 'the infected'?

This is a fan fiction based on the last of us game the time line of the story takes place at the end of the game and different location (sorta). I'm also going to do that thing that the game did with the seasons,the whole game is technically a year. If you watch game play you'll know what I'm talking about.
