It's been a year since the death of the Grand Inquisitor and the Ghost crew's successful rescue of Kanan Jarrus from the clutches of the evil Empire. The crew's bonds have only strengthened over the past year, especially the bond of Jedi Kanan Jarrus and his apprentice Ezra Bridger, and they're positive that nothing could ever break them.
But even bonds as strong as durasteel are not immune to harm.
When a mission gone wrong causes Kanan to have to make a choice that has no good ending, his decision causes everything to begin falling apart. New, stronger forces from the Empire arrive, and Ezra finds his faith in everything and everyone he's ever believed in utterly shaken.
As the Empire draws ever closer, the crew must do everything they can to not lose hope.

It was just meant to be a normal supply run...but this is the Ghost crew we're talking about. So of course, it ended with them racing to safety which - for a short time - was a cave....a cave that suddenly produced a large ball of light?! Ezra Bridger the guy Sabine Wren loved was taken by the Empire and was turned, he forgot everything, the Ghost, the crew and even Sabine. Sabine can't give up hope on him yet. They met again and Ezra has a tough choice to make. "We heard footsteps and the troopers immediately stood at attention, I then saw a face I never thought I would again. "We finally caught the infamous Ghost crew." Tekara said as he walked though bay and faced us. "My mission is almost complete." Star Wars Rebels Fan-fiction: Old friends?
Ezra is happy with the Ghost crew, everything goes well. He has his own lightsaber now and his Jedi training is improving. It looks like he has put an end to his past, but that gets turned upside down when an old friend comes back who brings a side of Ezra back that he had hoped to never use again...
