Catherine is an outcast whose been alone for most her life. When she was younger she struggled to keep a healthy weight, she sees her psychiatrist every once a month to make sure she isn't going back to being anorexic. Her brother is in hospital and life is definitely not treating her right. 

Alex has been abused since she was young by her father and has had anger management problems. To resolve that she trained herself and went kickboxing  and managed to control some of her anger. Alex likes to keep to herself and stay away from people. That was until she met Cathy and the guys. 

When they meet, they instantly become friends and slowly they discover each others secrets but not without the help of five others. 

Kai, Parker, Nathan, Nicholas and Aiden are known as badasses. People either kiss the ground they walk on or cowar away. The boys have always kept to themselves and never included 'outsiders' into their 'gang', as they like to call it. That was until they met the girls. 

What will become of these people with totally different lives? Will things go swiftly between the gang and the outcasts or will there be problems?

"Ich will dich doch überhaupt nicht heiraten." flüsterte ich leise und sah in sein Gesicht, dass nur wenige Zentimeter entfernt von meinem war. "Und trotzdem wirst du morgen Ja sagen." hauchte er an meine Wange und streichelte mir mit seinen Daumen leicht über die Wange. Meine Tränen konnte ich nicht länger zurückhalten. Sie liefen mir über das Gesicht während ich ihn tief einatmen hörte. "Das werden wir ja sehen." flüsterte ich und würde lieber sterben als diesen Mann zu heiraten. Gefährlich blitzten seine Auen auf während er mein Gesicht in seine Hand nahm und leicht zudrückte. "Treib es lieber nicht auf die Spitze meine Schöne." hörte ich seine drohende Stimme während ich jetzt noch heftiger weinte.
