In this world the vampiric population has been split into two - The Life and The Death.
The Life are like every traditional vampire in concept, however they were sired by vampires with traces of souls in them and so have the imprint of souls themselves. Due to this they level themselves with mortals and feed only on animals or humans deemed evil.
The Death are the opposite, beasts of pure evil feeding on anything they please.
The leaders of The Death decide that The Life have shamed the name of vampyre for too long and decide to put an end to it - starting the War of the Vampires that will wipe out one side or the population entirely.
