Alice Smith would've liked to say she was an 11-year old girl like anyone else, but she wasn't. She could do things the other kids couldn't, and if you wouldn't know better, you'd say it was magic. But of course we all know there's no such thing as magic, right? Alice is told this, until a man in a pink bathing suit shows up at her house to tell her magic does exist, and that Alice is a witch and holds a place at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. At Hogwarts, Alice will be sorted into a house, learn how to do spells and brew potions and she will make new friends, including Albus Potter, son of the famous Harry Potter.

The Next Generation
This is my own version of the next generation's first year at Hogwarts. I wrote the majority of this story long before The Cursed Child came out, so it does not follow a similar plot line. Albus, Rose, and Scorpius struggle to be friends as they are sorted into different houses. Draco and Harry meet again, and this time, things are different. Scorpius explains how his mother died.
