A long time ago there was a world covered in mist and the everlasting dragons. From the depth of the earth a fire emerge which was a sign of new life. Forged by light and dark the humans were formed. The first and most powerful human was Gwyn. Although everyone knew him as the Lord of Cinder and he was also thought of one of the almighty gods. Gwyn had a powerful soul and a very kind heart. He wanted this world for his people, but he knew that with the dragons high above the skies his people would always be in danger. Gwyn had made a decision to gather an army of his most skilled warriors and with the power of the gods together they challenged the mighty dragons. The battle was long and bloody it seemed to have no end. Although as humans fell so did dragons. At the end of the day there were four knights who emerged with great powers. Knights who have slain the greatest number of dragons received their king's blessing and a part of his soul. This is the story of the Knight Artorias, and his journey to examine the whispers of the cursed land of Oolacile.

Gwyneth had always felt connected to her faith, a higher power presiding over her. That faith had shaken that devastating day those years ago, the day that went on to haunt her every nightmare for years to come. A year has passed since Seren Marzena returned to the Night Court with her mate, Azriel. Their time of rest is coming to an end. Plans long kept silent are now being enacted. The three Mortal Queens have returned and pledged their allegiance to Koschei, an ancient god who is determined to see Prythian crumble beneath him.
