~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Maria Rosethorn is a nineteen year old Senior at Dagny High School. She's quite, smart, kind, and a loner. With no friends, no distractions, and no help, she doesn't know how to escape her abusive home.  Ever time she tried to run to the authorities or just run away, her father would find her and dragger her back. Then she would get a viscous beating before being locked in a closet or the basement for a few days.
Cristina May Wulf is a substitute art teacher at Maria's school. When she first enters her new class, her eyes caught on a quiet, blue black haired girl as she sketched intently. She walked silently behind the beautiful dark clothed girl to peer behind her shoulder. She jumped at the faint aroma of her shampoo before talking to her. She watched the pulse in her slender neck.
