Patrick is a shy seventh grader and Pete is an eighth grade emo. Even though they are in different grade, they still share the same homeroom, along with Pete's best friend Joe Trohman and Patrick's best friend Andy Hurley. One day they go on a beach field trip. Pete, being totally careless, goes in the water while the Lifeguard is off duty. Next thing you know, he gets wiped out by a huge wave. Only problem? Patrick is the only one who knows how to preform CPR. Will Patrick overcome his shyness and save Pete's life?
