Jean Stone arrives at Camp Toccoa with a nice handful of combat experience under her belt, ready to join the 506 Paratroopers. More specifically, Easy Company.
With World War II well under way, she's the only woman of the 101st Airborne. The men of Easy Company soon grow on her during training, and she's confident they'll win the war once they arrive in England.
But one particular Lieutenant catches her eye on the first day. In that moment, she had no clue he was the meanest, toughest man in the 506.
