Two years after Edward and Alphonse Elric got trapped in our world, they made it their mission to stop the Thule Society and stop a uranium bomb that had come in through the gate. Edward focuses on their next mission, but Alphonse is distracted by thinking about getting back to their own world. As they set out for their final mission, both of their dreams become possible thanks to a GateKeeper, who makes them a deal of 'equivalent exchange'.
