Kioku Kira happened to survive a holocaust that killed 99% of his country. Having witnessed horrible and gruesome events, he became depressed. Almost 9 years after it was over, he lives in the worlds safest city given by the government. He doesn't think much of himself. To him, he is a useless, helpless boy who should of died along with his family durring the holocaust. Until the day he meets an innocent girl who makes him smile when all else failed. Now, he has to accept the past and make a new brighter future.
