Eight children born being half animal half human are the only hope of survival. There is a whole other race of human out there, the unknown forest is where they roam.

Lieutenant is a teenager in charge of the lives of fifty younger kids. His father left him a legacy he doesn't know is he can live up to. A letter left to him by his father tells that there is only one person who can save his people, the wolf child.

Fang is a girl who was born half animal half human, so were her seven best friends. All of them were thrown out of their homes and families and must try to survive in the wild. When they meet the Northern Pack, a group of kids just like them they know this is their home.

There's only one problem, the Western Pack. A group of savage huminals with their own agenda, rule the world. The only people who are willing to stand in their way are the Northern Pack.
