However, a deeper turmoil is rooted in the lives of her children, Sofie and Hroar, as they try to navigate the reality of her legacy in the wake of her passing. A story about growing up, and grief. This story is slow to start, I'll admit that, but the meat of the story is far faster if you give it a chance. I've been working on this since February of 2023, and I've put a lot of heart and soul into this story and these characters. All reads, comments, and saves mean the world to me.
One Way: Find the Destiny
One second that is all it takes to know something is wrong. It is that one second that the heart stops beating and the mind goes into a state of panic! What happened, you might ask? Well how do I explain this? The best and simplest answer would be that I don't know what happened at all. All I was doing was studying for an exam and here I was in a forest on the next one! Of course I was familiar with the term of transmigration but did this make sense? NO! So what the hell is going on? Who am I? Where am I?! And to make matters worse, I just found myself in a damn world filled with monsters, beasts, magic and demons. This was not what I was expecting to happen at all! This was all a nightmare and to top it off inside a book, one that I hated as well..... Screw IT and FATE! No one is telling me what to do! I will change the story line no matter what or everyone is doomed to die! A/N: Please excuse any mistake I am making in this. Feel free to correct me if you want as well. The Song of Deirdre Part I
Deirdre Morningsong returns to Skyrim seeking vengeance on the Nords who murdered her parents, only to be captured by Imperial soldiers who mistake her for a Stormcloak rebel. After escaping both the Imperial dungeons and the destructive return of the dragon Alduin, she resolves to discover what strange power is within her, and what the dragons have to do with it. Follows the main quest lines of the game, weaving them into a story of adventure and romance, with numerous twists on the canon. I'm hoping it's equally enjoyable for those who've played the game and those who haven't. Trigger warnings: rape is mentioned, one is attempted and prevented, but none are completed. Some other sexual assault. The first chapters are PG-13, but later ones become R-rated. (Feedback on appropriate ratings appreciated.) Skyrim is part of the Elder Scrolls series of games, copyright by Bethesda Softworks. The image for the book cover is from the game. I've only posted Part I here, but will soon post the rest (four parts total, 62 chapters). I've worked in nonfiction up to now because it's easier for me to describe places and events I can experience first-hand.
