Once lily and james agreed dumbledore left harry on the doorstep of the dursley's, when dumbledore left, harry started crying because of the cold but later at about two in the morning petuine found harry then brought him in but when she read the letter she was disgusted and angry. She woke vermon up and told him what had happened, vermon then felt the same way about harry before suggsting leaving somewhere so far, don't they don't have to deal with him, petuine agreed and gave vermon harry where he drove them to the airport to japan, once he landed he drove to the forest and just layed baby harry under a tree while it was snowing before leaving back to england. A few hours in the snowy grounds since it was deep into the mountions and forest, harry was found by the kamados who had took him in and even through they saw the letter, they didn't care like in fact they thought harry as a blessing and decided to raise him alongside their growing childern. There will be bashing of some characters through some will recive a time where they will change towards harry and ages will be changed so just a warning.
