In the middle of creating terrors, the Dread Doctors managed to reveal something about Nathan's true self. Something that no one in his family had told him about. As a cherry on top, Nathan had to face Lydia everyday-the girl he promised to stay away from in hopes that it would prevent him from hurting her. Nathan had to juggle between discovering the truth about himself, figuring out his love life as well as save Beacon Hills yet again.
