Pokemon: Rebels

The pokemon, the creatures that humans have spent decades capturing and training, are getting smarter. Their minds are more advanced, and some people have even had their pokemon given a special new drug, said to increase their intelligence even more, but also their obedience. The good news is that the intelligence part worked well. Too well, in fact.
