Olive loves surfing. She has amazing friends and a loving family. The one day she loses all hope. A tragic event takes place in the holidays a few weeks before schools starts. For the rest of the holidays she shuts herself away from the world trying to leave it all behind. Soon she has to go back to school and face all her friends. Will she be ready or will she hide away? Is it that easy or can she overcome it and see that there is still a world out there for her to see.

"Pretty face, my ass." I let the bat drop to the floor in-between the two of us. I should've known. "What are you doing here?" "Besides scaring you shitless?" He's the best pitcher on our baseball team. I know that he's also a junior, and that his girlfriend is hot as fuck. I've seen them together on campus.
