I (Ava) am a 12yr old girl who lives with my dad in the wild city of New York. When I was born my mom moved out and we never saw her again. When I finally am in middle and out of primary school, my life changes drastically. I meet, a new friend Ethan (who is having the same problems), a 12yr old boy who lives with his Mum (or so I thought).
Once we fight a few monsters I find out who I really am. As for Ethan.... well you would be surprised.

"Wanted to be bold." I blush while I avoid eye contact. "Devin needed to borrow clothes for gym." I stare at my bare legs. "I should've told her no." He shrugs, biting into his sub. "Not a fan of exposing the body." I nibble on my burrito. "I just don't want anyone to get the wrong idea." I tuck my hair behind my ear. "That you're easy." My face reddens as I look at him in the corner of my eyes. After a few moments, I nod. He sighs. "The only thing that makes a girl easy is if she lets every and any guy inside." "I'm glad to share the same name as you." ~ A girl, a perfectionist, named Avery Jones has been in love with her childhood friend's brother for as long as she can remember. He's never noticed her, though, he doesn't really notice anyone. He's sort of an insouciant philanderer. They couldn't be any different, the only thing that connects them is their names. I don't own any of the characters except y/n You just moves to the State of California with your real mom but you are living in a house with a step brother and step dad . You start the same school as Evie and Tracy and befriend them and joins their group . You also start having a thing with Mason, so it's a little bit of a y/n X Mason as well . 18+ on some part . Where I'm from it's normalized to do those stuff or think it's no big deal to do it at that age .
