* "You can't resist me." He smirks while pressing himself against me. I scrunch my eyebrows in frustration.
"Why can't you just leave me alone?" I spat, hoping to hide my emotions.
"Because you're Ava Claire and I want you." He runs his hands up and down my spine sending tingles throughout my body.
"What makes you think I would get with you? You're nothing but a hound dog." I say despite the effect he has on me.
"We'll see in time." Nathan replies before pushing himself off of me and heading out the door-leaving me completely astonished. *

Ava Claire has a horrid past. But this year she won't think about any of that. No, she is just gonna go through her senior year and dodge everyone who tries to get close to her. That is, until Nathan Sanders tries getting to her.
Nathan Sanders is the school bad boy who lies his face off. People don't know that much about him, but when he starts to talk to Ava again- he decides to try to get to know her once more. And that means he has to let her get to know him.
Will the emo girl and the lying bad boy fall in love? And if so, will Ava be able to trust Nathan? Or will he lie to save himself from falling? What broke them apart in the first place?
