had to write this mainly for myself it's hard to explain why it's almost like writing it down is like letting those thoughts go, leaving them on the page. so it doesn't matter is no one ever reads this however if this does help anyone even just one person to maybe understand a little more or helps someone feel less alone in this world then i'll be happy..

It is ok not to be ok. this is my perspective of depression and my thoughts that emerged from this tough time. I was diagnosed with clinical depression and went through some suicidal ideation. one of the roots of depression is loneliness. I decided that writing to be my companion and poured out my ideas, thoughts and experience through writing down. I had no intention to share it, but as time passes It turned out I have my own original experience in depression. I believe that anyone suffering from depression might correlate with this. hopefully -ironically- it will be of use to anybody and to see that you are not alone in this.
