Based on the video game simulation, the eccentric genius inventor Mortimer convinces his straight-laced nephew, Oliver, to join in on his hair-brained scheme of building a theme park called Thrillville, with the long-term goal of global expansion. Along the way, Mortimer brings in his friend, the billionaire venture capitalist known as Vernon Garrison. The story tells the tales of Thrillville's beginnings, and how it came to be the mega attraction wonder it is known as today.
