After snapping at the horrible, immature teenage boy - Clarke Devereaux who's always been mean to her, Samantha finally reaches her boiling point and leaves the group of friends she's honoured and cherished for the past six years, not being able to deal with Clarke (Mouth) anymore. With the group out of her life, she knows that she'll be okay on her own and doesn't put much thought into either of her friends. Samantha realises pretty quickly that she made a massive mistake and wishes on everything to take it back. With the damage already done and Samantha still being her stubborn, awkward self and not having the guts to go to Mikey's house, she tries to get used to the fact that they're gone. And even if she missed them (excluding Mouth) she couldn't turn back time or build up the courage to give them all a squeeze and ask to be invited back into the group. we both love the outsiders and johnnyboy so why not write oneshots about them?! the au we're going to mostly be using is that they're living in our time (still the same setting). here's some details about it: • ages: darry - 23, soda - 19, pony - 17, johnny - 16, dally - 20, steve - 20, two-bit - 21 and a half. (we upped everyone's ages by 3 except johnny, because we originally upped pony's by 3. so we made it fair) • dally lives alone with his two puppers :') their names are booper (a sheltie + corgi mix) and waffle (a dachshund)! (he's a college drop out, but has a paying job) • darry is a college graduate and has a job that he loves. soda, steve, and two bit are still in college and are living with their families. • pony and johnny are, of course, in high school. • everyone's families are the same. (except maybe the fact that their parents are willing to pay for school. idk if they don't in the book) • everyone's personalities are the same.
