Echo has a secret. She has kept that secret from nearly everyone her entire life and now the only people who knew her secret are dead. Echo is a demon. To this point, she has been able to conceal her demon self from her loved ones and from the Demon Hunters who would kill her if her secret is revealed. But now, demons have entered her school trying to find 'the lost demon', and they threaten her secret. Life has become ever more dangerous for Echo who must redouble her efforts to keep her secret, avoid discovery of the Demon Hunters, and protect the people she cares about the most.
