Jessica Marie Blankley is a sixteen year old girl who suffered a great loss in a tragic event as a young child, and yet as she grows up she still doesn't understand what happened.     Jessica, also known as Jess, stays with her Aunt Nessa for the next two years, in a town called Brimsroad Gardens, a rich, loud, and new territory than what Jess is used to. She and her aunt decided to find a place that is as far away from their past as possible so they can move on and start a new life.
