There is a celebration done on a yearly basis where all the kings and queens of all four kingdoms gather around and have fun to keep the peace between the kingdoms. This children grow up and maybe find each other. The children's mark is a Zodiac Sign on them. They are born with the features. Like Leo the lion, he or she will have lion ears and tail, or Scorpio the scorpion will have the scorpion tail, etc. Everyone of them have to find each other. Maybe they found each other when they are children and became friends. One day the King and Queen called all of the them to do something for them.
