The Hound In Chains

Hira, also known as The Hound of the C.C.G. is a Ghoul who has fallen victim to the chains of the C.C.G. She is now forced to work for the C.C.G. To capture, torture then devour other ghouls after withdrawing information.

She can struggle all she wants but the C.C.G. Has a tight grip on her leash, she is forced to wear an actual collar, the collar has long, sharp spikes along the outside and shorter, duller studs along the inside leather. If the investigator in charge of her thinks that they are in danger, with a push of a button, the longer spikes will immediately be forced to become shorter, while the short studs will be forced to become longer. The result of this change is that the studs will pierce her neck, causing excruciating pain but not fatal wounds. The only way for this to be reversed is when the investigator presses the button a second time when they feel safe again or when Hira is detained.

How did it all start? When will it end? If it ends, will she be accepted by her own kind or will she be hunted down by both Man and Ghoul? No one knows except for the Hound Herself.
