Mick isn't satisfied. She has enough problems paying bills, managing panic attacks, and staying intimate with her girlfriend to even think of satisfaction as a possibility. Her only glimmer of well-being comes from playing the bass in a cover band with her friends. She long ago became content with the fact that life is life and you make do with what you have until it's over. That is until Noelle enters the picture, challenging everything Mick believes with one guitar solo and filling the final open position of her rag tag music group. As the band grows in closeness and popularity, Mick must come to terms with gravity of her connection with the guitarist and the price of finding out what satisfaction truly means.
