A story about a group of friends in high school, siblings, cousins, blended families, old friends and new friends. Ships made and crashed. Each with their own viewpoint.
POV:
Colton Hayes: a 17 year old boy who is trying to start a new life far from home.
Frank Taylor: an 18 year old boy who is just trying to survive the roller coaster that is high school.
Sarah Smith: a 16 year old girl who is still getting used to her new life with a step mom, a moody step sister, and a very energetic younger step brother.
Sophie Thompson: a 17 year old girl who has to deal with her chaotic family, especially since she moved in with her mom's soon-to-be husband and his family.
Jake Taylor: a 16 year old boy who has troubles of his own (as well as a not-so-secret secret).

Because of him, she can feel their stares, and she hates him for it. The longer they spend time together, the more Ryder starts to realize he actually enjoys being around her-despite her snarky comments about how much she despises him.
