Running as fast as I could, trying to doge everything that would appear before me. I could feel the pads on my feet start to tear and bleed from the branches and thorns, on the forest floor, making me stumble from the pain.
I quickly glanced behind me to make sure he wasn't following me. I had what he would do if he caught me, but I really didn't care. If I had to risk my life with a chance of being free of his grasp I would take it anyday.
I felt myself collide with a stone hard object, and crumpled to the ground. I looked up to find his deep brown eyes glaring at mine in a furious rage making me scoot farther from his reach.
"Did you really think you could just run away from me?" His voice bellowed through the forest, causing near by animals to scurry away in fear.
I felt his hand connect with my face, making a loud popping sound. I reached up and grabbed my face, wincing in the contact. My face was numb, all I felt was a trickle of blood run down my hand.
"You are my mate! You will obey what I say to you!" He exclaimed as he kicked me in my side causing me to yelp and cry out in pain.
I looked up into his eyes trying to find some regret or gult, but all I found were the two black eyes that came out when he was his most angry, the eyes that haunt me in my sleep, the eyes that show no love.
I watched in horror as he brought back his arm, making my body to become ridged as i waited for what would come next. I squeezed my eyes closed and waited for the worst beating yet. And it happend, but I dint remember the pain because all I saw was the pitch black darkness.
See normally you'd think that a wolf would want to stay with their mate, and would obey them, but the only problem was....he's not my mate.
