Drilled into a teenage mind; the thought of love, of settling down, of getting married. It’s wiggled its way into the very depth of their core until they realise that love is really, blind. It makes people choose to do the stupidest of things to impress their “other half”, it makes them believe the mask the other puts up, looking past all their faults and not believing an outsider when they shake the poor victim who has fallen prey to “love” and tell them that they are doing isn’t right, that their so called “lover” is actually hurting them. They can’t see it simple because they’re blind. Love makes them blind.
That’s why Louis Tomlinson knows he’ll never find love, and honestly, he doesn’t want to. He knows that it isn’t real, just a fantasy conjured up by authors and parents to give poor young people some sort of hope. Louis knows that it’s a lie. There is no love, only lust, coated with a layer of sugar.
It’s funny really, how the boy who is blind can see past their deceit.
