When Skinner is grilled by Cancer Man about the X-Files, Skinner forces Mulder and Scully to take a non-paranormal case. At the same time, a friend of Scully's from high school invites Scully to her wedding as her Maid of Honor. Since the agents dont have an investigation worth investigating, Scully decides to take Mulder to the wedding.
