Emerald Andrews is just starting school at Ferris High because she has been expelled from her previous school. Emerald previously attended Ferris High's rival school, Newston High School. She is not your average teen age girl. Emerald plays boys, like an athlete. She makes them fall so easily and then drops them as quickly as possible. She can not have a real relationship because it will make them get too close to her. They will figure out her deepest secret and according to her dad, that is unacceptable. On her first day of school, Ferris High's biggest player, Luka Solano, hits on her, trying to get her to fall for him. Obviously he does not realize who she is.
Luka Solano, Ferris High's hottest student and the towns best football player, loves females. With the new girl, he found his next target. Luka only wants to prove that he is the boss at Ferris High, but Emerald goes on to do what she is best at. He fears that she will be better than him at his hobby, being a player. He needs to play her and make her fall to prove he is on the top.
Luka gets tired of Emerald's success, so he throws up an offer. An offer to good to resist. Whoever falls first loses and who ever doesn't, obviously is the best player of all time.
