In Victorian London, there is a small area next to the Square Mile City of London that goes by the name of Whitechapel. It is a place full of dire poverty, alcoholism and strangers and foreigners alike. This is where Fay lives. She is possibly the one shining star on these streets, and this is where she meets a mysterious stranger with a hidden past and a wicked, twisted and bloody future.
