Awai is the only experiment of Orochimaru's to have survived the transfusion of the 'M-gene' which grants the holder a superhuman ability-- Invisibility.
After Orochimaru's death, his killer comes with a liquid-man to recruit her to a team known as 'Hebi'. There's a little fault though. Awai can barely talk, let alone walk. The team can only wonder how horrifying her control of the M-gene is.
Awai believes though, that with her reestablished hope, she can prove to be useful enough to her terrifying savior and repay her debt. Though after she's repaid her debt, she's running as far as she can go from Uchiha Sasuke, the only man after Orochimaru's passing to make her submit everything with just a look.
