Steven and Connie have been friends for a long time and Connie is used to dealing with Gem stuff. But when Steven is kidnapped by Peridot, Connie doesn't know if she is ready to fight Peridot and save Steven. Steven meanwhile is scared. When Peridot captured him a week ago, he thought someone would save him by now. He misses Connie and her smiling face is the only hope he clings onto. Will Connie save Steven or will Steven give up on being rescued?

Lapis and Peridot
THIS STORY IS COMPLETED. (yayahhh) Okay, so I'm just... trying to write a fanfiction, okay? About Lapis Lazuli and Peridot and Jasper and... eh... what happened on that big hand-ship before the Crystal Gems crashed it. (This story ends near the end of the episode Jail Break) I'm keeping this child-friendly. None of what I consider cursing is in this book. And it's just friendship. And forgiveness. It might be a bit of a sad story, maybe... but anyway, it's not romantic love-stuff. And there might be a little violence because – y'know – Jasper's in the book. But not too bad. I try to keep the characters, well, in character, but I probably didn't succeed. Includes some of my own theories about Yellow Diamond and Homeworld; not everything in this story is canon. The cover art is by me. The pictures on the separate chapters are screenshots/gifs from the show itself. All characters in this book so far belong to Steven Universe, the TV show.
