Guardians

This probably isn't good but read it if you want I guess.

The year is 2041. Eighteen years ago, a psychic war ravaged the nation of the U.S.A. Now the nation is coming out of a reconstruction period, but the United States are not the same. What was once one country, is now twelve countries. These different countries have differing laws and views, but all of them are allied together. After the psychic war occurred, there is a large amount of psychic energy in America from the deaths of many psychics, causing humans and animals with innate superpowers to be born. The animals are called Beasts and crave human flesh. They can only be killed by the super humans, called guardians. Though the nations are trying to heal, some people are using the unstable states of the countries to wreak havoc. In the country of Eurient (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming), a murderer who specializes in bombs is killing many. It's up to a ragtag group of guardians to find the person and turn them in, while on the run from the authorities for being framed for the crime. The guardians get into more situations on the way, causing a rollercoaster of a story.
