Oliver James had always been a bit of a risk-taker, so quitting college halfway though his course probably didn't seem out of character for him, but he hadn't exactly been in his right mind when he made the decision to leave. Fresh out of college, his Educational Support Allowance had stopped and his mother, Louise, couldn't afford to keep the house they lived in, so a decision had to be made. Having no place else to go, Oliver is forced to turn to temporary accommodation. Hostels were known for the less than reputable characters they took in and that was off-putting, but despite his initial apprehension to move in, the other people living there are nothing like he imagined. One guy living there intrigues him.
Will Jackson is three years older, incredibly nerdy, very athletic and extremely handsome and Oliver has no idea why he is living in the flat next door; not that he's complaining. However, there's a huge obstacle blocking these two from ever being together. Will is straight.
Nixon is the 3rd book in the Broken Series. (Ryan is the 1st, Brynn is the 2nd)
Nixon leaves rehab early because he can't deal with being there anymore. His sister Kelis finds someone in need of a roommate so he moves in with the girl and gives her his middle name, Lucas. He quickly becomes addicted to the girl and once he gets one taste he's done for. He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past. He becomes enamored with her, feels like she was made for him while still battling the demons of his past and soon it all becomes too much for him to handle. He makes a heartbreaking decision, thinking it's what's best for both of them and everything changes.
