Autumn Faye Jacobs was caring and responsible. There was a reason for this. She had never known her dad and her mom was a heavy alcoholic. She grew up without the love and affection most children did and she envied that. She hated the feeling of being alone and uncared for. All she wanted was to feel loved and her reckless parents couldn't giver her that.

Nicklaus Hastings was wild and reckless. Nothing could ever tame him, even the law. He was selfish. He had no filter. He did things that hurt others, sometimes even unintentionally. Even then he was never sorry. People were afraid of him, he was unpredictable. He was a fighter and in the end he always got what he wanted.
